No Refund Policy on Digital Downloads

All products sold on guptapresspanjika.org are digital downloadable
files (PDF format/Images). Due to the nature of digital products, ALL SALES
ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once
a purchase has been completed and the download link has been issued.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and
understood this policy.

Why We Cannot Issue Refunds

Digital files are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Once
a file has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be “returned” in
the way a physical product can. This is standard practice for all
digital content providers.

Exceptions — When We Will Help

We will consider a resolution only in the following specific cases:

• You were charged but never received the download link — contact
  us within 48 hours and we will resend it immediately.
• You were charged twice for the same order — we will refund the
  duplicate charge in full.
• The file you received is corrupt or cannot be opened — we will
  send you a working replacement file immediately.
